Both colleges athletes, these two met in Cape Girardeau at Southeast Missouri State University. The craziest part was that these Memphis natives grew up only a town apart and never met! This goes to prove that God’s timing is perfect and people are placed in your life at the perfect moments! Matthew played baseball and Ashley was a gymhawk (gymnist+redhawk)! I had the pleasure of getting to know Ashley in a ladies bible study hosted by my church’s college ministry! When she asked me to be a part of their special day I was ecstatic!

Ashley and Matthew were married in a beautiful church ceremony in the outskirts of Memphis. Their day was full of laughter, friends, and family. But most importantly it was a day full of Christ showing through two beautiful people becoming one!

Picking favorite parts of the day has become a favorite thing of mine to blog about. for this wedding, however, it is hard to pick just one thing. If I absolutely had to, it would have to be the way these two looked at each other. Seriously y’all, you’ll see in the images below, they are the cutest!
