Cody and Kaley | Classic Navy Wedding | Rusted Route Farms

This classic navy wedding could not have been more perfect or set at a more perfect venue. The summer heat was strong but their day was absolute perfection!

Cody and Kaley have the sweetest story. They met years ago on a WorldChangers trip, had a great time and in a weeks time had made a HUGE impact on each other (obviously). They stayed connected after graduating high school and moving away for college. It wasn’t until they ran into each other again at a St. Louis Cardinal’s game, that they decided to give it a chance and started dating.

Fast forward, Kaley and I moved into an apartment together my senior year of college. I distinctly remember sitting in the living room with her one night and asking if Cody was the one! I remember even more how her eyes lit up, a HUGE smiled came over her face and she said YES!

That all led us here, their wedding day filled with tons of laughter, family, friends, and fun! But more importantly, it led to Cody and Kaley committing themselves to each other, before God, for life. Now that’s beautiful!

The morning of, the bridesmaids scurried around trying to keep the bride hidden from the groom. It was the sweetest sentiment that these girls were taking their duties to heart! They giggled and sang every song that popped up on Kaley’s wedding day mix! They guys spent the early parts of the day lounging around in Rusted Route’s beautiful marketplace

I always strive to capture a couple’s day in its entirety. So it only made sense that when the night ended with a small storm blowing through I asked the bride and groom to brave the rain for some night time photos!

While I can’t typically pick a particular part of the day that is my favorite, this one was different. Scroll through and read my favorite part of the day. It is truly something I will remember forever.

Cody could not get enough oh Kaley’s bridal glow during her bridal portraits. I could hear him behind me talking about how beautiful she was and how amazing she was doing during her portraits! MY FAVORITE PART OF THE DAY!!! GAHH! Couldn’t get enough!
