Derek and Kate have so much to celebrate. Their private estate wedding was just that, a celebration!

Kate reached out to me just weeks before their wedding date that was set on a Friday afternoon in rural southeast Illinois. At their engagement session, they shared that they had recently learned they were pregnant! WHAT?! How exciting is that!

The day of the wedding was so amazing! Not a dark cloud in the sky, a light breeze, and the most beautiful backyard ceremony!

Kate and Derek’s fur babies, Flash and Fern, joined the festivities. Such sweet pups!

I couldn’t help but think about the sweet babe of theirs being present while his/her mommy and daddy tied the knot!
